The Santa Experience was created in 2007 after years of growing popularity and LONG lines. The Santa Experience introduced a Santa visit by scheduled time slot to help reduce the wait time.

The Santa Experience works tirelessly to share the spirit of Christmas by creating a unique, more private and quality Santa interaction for families and children of all ages.  We are not a walk-through “winter wonderland” or “light extravaganza” with a high budget set and decor.  We focus on what children care about most…their visit with Santa.  Our genuine Santas bring an unparalleled level of talent, warmth, and positivity to make all visitors feel special when they visit our personally decorated store locations.  Countless families have made The Santa Experience a holiday tradition, returning year after year and growing up with the same Santa.

In 2020 The Santa Experience introduced a new Virtual Santa Experience for families to visit with the “big guy” from the comfort of their homes.

In 2023 we are introducing Santa Video Messages – a fun, personalized message from Santa Sam to you, your kids, your loved ones!

The Santa Cause – A Way to Give Back

It’s better to give than receive right?  Over the years we’ve been fortunate to have such wonderful families come through our doors and support what we love to do.  Our guests have given us a great opportunity to give back to our community and connect with those less fortunate than us.  Whether it’s giving gift cards to buy gas and food, or helping put presents (lotsa presents 😁) under the tree, these simple gestures have always been a pleasure and highlight of our Christmas season.  Corny, but true, and we owe a thanks to you!
